Surcharge
A surcharge of 9 USD or 9 EUR will be added if the minimum order value (MOQ) of 50 USD or EUR is not reached.
Volume discounts for payments in EUR
If the net order value (excluding taxes and shipping) reaches:
• 1000 EUR, a volume discount of -5% will be granted.
• 1500 EUR, a volume discount of -7% will be granted.
• 2000 EUR, a volume discount of -10% will be granted.
Shipping and Exchanges
Order processing
Orders received before midday on working days are shipped the same day; orders received after midday are shipped the next working day.

Depend on stock availability.
Delivery charges
Fixed delivery charges apply to webshop orders; weight-based charges apply to non-webshop orders.
Customs and taxes
Customers are responsible for customs clearance fees and import sales tax.
